This week our ‘Who’s Calling The Shots?’ report showed that career development initiatives are crucial in making television more representative behind the camera. With this in mind, we are thrilled to be supporting the 4Stories talent scheme as it opens for applications.
Commissioned by Channel 4 from Blacklight Television, 4Stories aims to find genuinely diverse voices and explore stories of and by communities that are rarely seen on mainstream television.
4stories is searching for three directors to direct new scripts to be broadcast on Channel 4.The chosen directors will learn how to hone their skills and deliver their vision under the guidance of experienced drama professionals, kick-starting their careers directing drama for television.
