Online Statement FAQs

Reading time: 7 minutes and 32 seconds

How can I find my online statement?

You can find out the process for looking up your online statements in our tutorial video. Alternatively, follow the following steps:

First, you need to log into your online profile. You can find this by clicking “login” on the top left of our home page. (If you’re having difficulty logging into your online profile, click here.)

Your profile should then appear. However, if you’re on another part of the site and want to return to it, just hover your mouse over your name in the top left corner and click on “View Profile”

Now on the profile page, click on “View Statements and Invoices”, which will be visible at the bottom of the menu on the left side of the screen beneath your profile image.

If you’ve been paid in a Directors UK distribution since March 2025, your statement will be visible on the page.

What do I do if can’t log into my online profile?

First, try resetting your password by clicking on “Forgot your password?” beneath the login fields. If that fails, you may have an out of date email address – you can change this by clicking on “Forgot your email?”. If neither of these work, please email [email protected].

If you have never logged into the Directors UK website before, you may need to create an online profile. Please contact [email protected] for instructions on setting one up.

I’ve found the invoices and statements page, but there are no statements there. What do I do?

We contact everyone who is due to receive new paperwork via email. The email comes from [email protected]. Please check in your junk/spam folder if you can’t see it.

If you’ve not received an email or a payment to your bank account, then your work has not received anything in this distribution.

If you have received payment, but the corresponding paperwork isn’t appearing on your page, please log out of your profile and back in again.

If you still can’t see it after logging out and back in, please contact [email protected]

How can I find out when new online statements have been added to my profile?

We contact everyone who is due to receive new paperwork via email. The email comes from [email protected]. Please check in your junk/spam folder if you can’t see it, and mark the email as safe when you find it.

We recommend you whitelist this email address so it isn’t caught in your spam filter. You can find out how here

We will also add a temporary banner to our website letting people know statements are available around our major annual distributions. You can find out when these occur here.

Can I add or remove online statements from my profile?

It’s not possible to remove or add other statements to your profile, however, to help you organize them, your statements can be filtered by date, and marked as read or unread.

Can I see statements from before March 2025?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to have statements from before March 2025 on your profile. If you require any specific statements from before then, please email [email protected].

How do I change the account I’m paid into?

You can change your payment details by heading to your online profile, clicking on “View Profile” beneath your name in the top left, and selecting “Manage Payments” from the menu on the left, beneath your profile image.

We encourage all members to check in now and again and make sure their payment and contact information is up to date.

Can I still be emailed PDF copies of my distribution statements?

As online statements are a new feature at time of writing, we still intend to send PDF statements in the usual fashion to eligible members, a short time after statements have appeared on your profile. However, we only expect to do this for our forthcoming May International and July UK Supplementary distributions. From that point on, statements will only be provided via your web profile.

If you need a PDF copy of a statement issued after March 2025, this can be downloaded from the Statements and Invoices page on your profile.

Can I download my statement?

Yes you can. When on the Statements and Invoices page, navigate to the statement you want and click on the red button marked “Download.” Depending on your browser, this will either download directly to your computer or open a new tab with an invitation to download.

When will the money reach my account?

On the Statements and Invoices page, the “Payment Date” column on the left of your statement shows when the money will be (or has been) paid into your account.

How do I know how much money I’ve received?

You can find out how much has been paid into your account by clicking on your online statement. Sometimes, your distribution may be made up of payments that are split up into several statements. In that case, the total value of all the statements with the same “Payment Date” will tell you how much you will (or have been) paid.

Can I find out how much I’ll receive in the next distribution?

We’re not able to provide information on how much individual members will be due before distribution statements are processed. If you have any questions about a payment after you’ve received it, please contact [email protected].

Can I view statements on my phone?

Yes. All the steps for accessing and viewing your statements are the same for any device, and are explained above on the page.
