Des Daniels selected for Wall to Wall mentoring opportunity

Wall to Wall Media and Directors UK are pleased to announce that producer/director Des Daniels has been selected for a new mentoring opportunity working on Who Do You Think You Are?
Starting in May, Des will be working within the team for a 2-week period and will be present from pre-production through to the edit across a number of episodes on the current series.
This unique opportunity will offer Des experience of this popular, prime-time specialist factual series and its complex editorial and visual demands, from scripting and shooting through to editing.
Des has a track record of crafting material during the edit for prime-time programmes to add to his experience of directing prime-time and specialist factual programmes. His CV includes some of the most popular television programmes to date including Drugs Inc: Big Apple Coke, Tonight: Assisted Dying - For and Against and Inside Out: Damilola’s Friends.
BBC Commissioner Diene Petterle said "I’m pleased a long-running blue chip series such as Who Do You Think You Are? can offer the opportunity to help develop talent."
