Biography
Catherine Kerr-Phillips is a neurodiverse, multi-lingual screenwriter and director from Hebden Bridge at the age of nineteen and spent several years travelling, studying and working around Europe and the Caribbean. She began working as a floor runner while still at university and became a full-time AD upon returning to the UK. During her time abroad, she wrote five features, made several short films and shot two music videos for a Caribbean blues band. She recently directed a short film for BBC2 and second unit for a major UK TV series.
Her first feature film, Kara, is in late-stage development.
