Biography

I am a highly motivated Manchester-born and based writer and director. I have made a three short films centred around the theme of contemporary black identity and created content with BBC, SKY and LITTLE DOT STUDIOS.

My debut film, MARCUS, is available on Amazon Prime and my follow-up, OXTAIL, was made with the support of Sony and Eleven and has featured at several film festivals around the globe. My latest film, LONG WALK HOME was also backed by Sony and Eleven and premiered at the British Urban Film Festival.

I am actively looking to build my directing experience and have Shadowed directors such as Alice Troughton and Euros Lyn.

I've participated in the Momentum Mentor initiative organised by We Are Parable and Channel 4, BIFA mentoring scheme, undertaken director training at ITV's Coronation Street and will be directing an episode later this year.
