Executive Producer who also directs premium documentaries and passion projects. • Seamlessly jumps between translating complex science to a broad audience, impactful current affairs, and highly sensitive, emotionally engaging documentaries. • Works brilliantly with talent and is skilled at shaping authentic performances sometimes in challenging conditions. Frequently works with big named talent such as Cara Delevingne, Jamie Oliver, and Olly Alexander. Confidently seeks out and develops new and first-time talent. • Specialises in powerful films that have real-world impact, such as BAFTA-nominated anti-FGM campaigning film The Cruel Cut; sugar tax campaign film Jamie’s Sugar Rush; and LGBTQ mental health documentary Olly Alexander: Growing Up Gay. • Highly experienced Series Director who has consulted on many documentaries, new series, and updated older formats across genres. • Broad international filming experience both as a Director and an Exec. • Mentor, including for BAFTA Scholar, and to female directors on their first films.
