Biography
I am an experienced writer/ director with a drama background. Trained as an actor, (BA Hons (directed touring theatre then ran Stephen Daldry's theatre co. Sheffield. Studied filmmaking at UCLA Extn, L.A, then worked in production (Carolco Film Studios) and indies. Returning to UK I directed an indie featurette, shorts, then wrote for Dogme TV C4, BBC2 Screenplays. Produced indie feature Second Generation, award winning shorts and doc RFK Must Die with E2 Projects (IMDB). Founded Corazon Films UK, 2007. My company makes int’l feature films, shorts, doc. Awards: Dev. funds Region Occitanie France, 'Lydia' short at multi global festivals, MFI Script2film workshop. Directing a personal essay feature doc and writing a Memoir. Also widely known for media training for emerging filmmakers in film and production.
