Biography
Alexander is a freelance film director and producer currently working on commercials, music promos, and short form fiction.
His work has been featured on MTV, i-D, VICE, Promo News, Metro, Paper Mag, and David Reviews and has screened at numerous festivals internationally. His short "The Wishing Horse" won the main prize at London's Portobello Film Festival.
Originally from London, Alexander has been fascinated with filmmaking from when he was 8 years old. His directing style is emotionally expressive, often funny and always aims to make cinematic, narratively driven work but with a versatile approach that allows him to tailor his approach to a client's brief.
After completing a BA (1st class honours) in Philosophy and Russian at he University of Oxford, Alexander was headhunted for commercial work by production company Osiko Films in light of his short film work.
