Theo Baynton

Theo has lived and breathed children’s animation production for 15 years. Working across development and production, through to distribution and licensing. Unique in this respect, Theo brings a complete understanding of the animation industry to the discipline of directing. Theo’s most recent achievement was with Pukeko Pictures. As head of children’s development, he establishing a new production facility for the technically ambitious reboot of Thunderbirds Are Go. Theo continued his involvement on the series, first as the production designer to establish the signature look and then as director, taking on 21 episodes of the series.
