Biography

I was born in Milan and raised in London, where I work as a writer & director, focusing mainly on psychological horror and dark comedy. Whilst studying at The London Film School, I wrote and directed a number of films including ‘How We Are Now’, which premiered at Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival before completing its run at New Orleans Film Festival and having its US and European distribution rights acquired by Shorts International. My graduation film ‘Home Education’ premiered at Screamfest before screening at over 25 festivals, including Leeds, Atlanta, Uppsala and Fantasia. The film is currently distributed online by Screamfest and ALTER, where it has received close to a million views on both platforms combined. I have since sold the feature script to BlackBox Multimedia and am signed on to direct.

My latest short is a documentary I shot in Afghanistan, exploring the impact education is having on women in one of the country's most progressive regions. I am currently developing an original psychological horror/thriller TV series with award-winning Italian director Lucio Pellegrini. I am represented by Christian Ogunbanjo at United Agents and am a member of BFI NETWORK x BAFTA Crew.
