Claire Tailyour

Claire Tailyour was born in South Africa but grew up in the UK and USA. She has an MFA from USC's School of Cinematic Arts, Los Angeles. Her debut feature script Mother Wild won BAFTA Rocliffe and PAGE awards, and is currently optioned. She has directed hundreds of hours of television including lead director of BBC's Phoenix Rise, Netflix&BBC’s Get Even S2, Jimmy McGovern's Moving On, BAFTA nominated Hollyoaks, BBC/PBS/AFI documentaries including Life, Death and Cheerleading, The Forgotten Girls of Dhaka, The Surrogates Club, as well as directing High End TV 2nd Unit on Rob Lowe's Wild Bill and My Name Is Lizzie.

 Claire is represented by Hannah Boulton at The Agency in the UK and manager James Engle at Echo Lake Entertainment in the US.
