Biography
Leonora recently directed two episodes of Amazon's MALICE, starring David Duchovny, Jack Whitehall and Carice Van Houten. The series was written by James Woods and will air in 2025.
Her previous credits include "Dangerous Liaisons" for Starz/Lionsgate and the mini-series "The Pale Horse" for BBC One/Amazon, an Agatha Christie adaptation written by Sarah Phelps.
Her short films have been nominated for a Student Academy Award and received a Hollywood Foreign Press Association grant. Her last short, "BEAST", starring Billie Piper, is a gothic fairytale funded by Creative England and the BFI. The film was BAFTA long-listed, won Best Narrative Short at Woodstock Film Festival and the Voice of a Woman prize at Cannes Lions. It screened at multiple BAFTA and Academy-qualifying film festivals.
She attended the MFA program at TISCH, NYU and is represented for film/television by Roxana Adle at Lark and Alex Rusher at Independent Talent Group.
