Martin O'Byrne

I am a creative and collaborative multi-camera director. With live and pre-recorded studio experience, I can vision-mix and direct live shows.I am particularly familiar with devising new programmes, establishing the visual style for shows such as Drawers Off and Snog Marry Avoid which I co-devised, Series Directed and edited. 
I have commissioned graphics and music, and overseen projects from pre-production to final online and audio dub. I have a strong narrative sense and visual flair.As an award-winning editor I have particular knowledge of what is needed in the edit.I can write and edit scripts and have directed major multi-camera shows like Big Brother and Fame Academy. After 16 years working in London I have been based in Manchester for 5 years.
