Originally from Perth, Australia, Thomas Meadmore now lives and works in theUK, and enjoys a successful career as a director, editor and producer. His lastFeature film was The Spy Who Fell to Earthfor Netflix. 2021 saw the release of the four part true crime documentary series ‘The Night Caller’ for Sundance Now and Sky. It has received rave reviews in Australia, including pick of the week in the Age Green Guide as well as the New York Post. 2018 saw the release of Fred (associate producer, editor) and Breaking Habits (editor, associate producer), both for Netflix, plus feature documentary The Outsider (director, editor, writer), about the collapse of a multi-billion dollar shipping empire with enjoyed a Bertha Dochouse cinema release and four stars from Total Film magazine. Alongside directing Thomas is an acclaimed editor who shared an Emmyaward (2012) with the team who made Amazing Race Australiaand listsNational Geographic, Discovery Channel, Channel4 and the BBC among hiscredits. He has also tried his hand at acting, having appeared on popularAustralian TV series Neighboursin 2002. He was editor on Salon Pictures’ TheGuv’nor, an intimate and revealing portrait of the toughest man in Britain,Lenny McClean. Next up is Billion Dollar Game (editor, co-writer), the definitivefeature doc about infamous video game Grand Theft Auto and his latest feature documentary, The Cancer Conflict(director, editor, writer), a very personal and intimate look at cancer treatment, has just been completed and will be released in 2021.
