Biography
Yousaf’s films explore issues of identity, marginalisation and belonging. He has received numerous awards for his work including 2 BAFTA nominations for SKIN DEEP and TALKING WITH ANGELS. His first feature ALMOST ADULT is about two children who, escaping civil war, seek asylum in the UK.
His latest feature, NO WAY HOME about Ryan (10) who discovers an injured man hiding out in an abandoned shipping container.
