Biography
Ben has been a professional director since 2006, working in various countries. He has directed TV Drama for the BBC and Channel 4 and advertising for Brands such as Prada and Volvo. His short film, Brides of Desire, made as a Soho House Electric Shorts finalist, was in the Official Selection for Palm Springs Film Festival Shortfest. Ben has been "One to Watch" in The Reel, selected for Edinburgh Film Festival Talent Lab and London Film Festival Think-Shoot-Distribute. He was recently selected for the 2014 Nisi Masa European Short Pitch with his Hanif Kureishi short story adaptation: Away Break.
He is currently developing various shorts, features and video art projects and recently shot Steak Knife starring Josh McGuire Aimee Ffion-Edwards and Cara Horgan - Currently in Post-Production.
