Steve Bonser

With 17 years of cross-genre TV experience, I possess the skills and knowledge for producing TV content of the highest standard for a wide variety of audiences. My particular interests lie in the fields of cookery, science, music and motoring – and more recently aircraft, when I Series Directed a 4 part documentary series for BBC2 following the RAF display teams. To further my content-making opportunities I have also set up a small independent production company. This has allowed me to not only direct and produce music videos but has also given me the freedom to pitch and successfully land a funded cookery pilot with Channel Four. As a freelancer I pride myself on my ability to energize talent and crew, while making the production experience a creative, fun and enjoyable one for all involved. I’m a calm and adaptable Series Director and possess a strong understanding of the visual and editorial demands of programme making. My self-shooting skills are particularly solid, across a wide range of cameras and a passion for travel and a valid i-visa has taken me too many corners of the globe.
