Jon Richards

Jon is a highly competent and creative Director and Series Director (VT, Location & Studio) with a proven track record of good-looking, high quality TV shows. He is used to leading large-scale glossy multi-cam shoots (Top Gear, The Incredible Mr Goodwin), working with celebrities (Famous & Fearless, Usain Bolt etc.) and personalities (Jeremy Clarkson, Stephen Fry etc.) and making miracles happen (Derren Brown, 15 Kids and Counting etc.). Over the last 6 years, he has Directed seven series of, possibly the toughest show to make on television, The Real Hustle. As a result he has developed huge experience with hidden and rigged cameras, become adept with super-tight scheduling, making footage look great under massive constraints and a practiced problem solver. He has built a reputation for branding shows from scratch and specialises with integrating motion graphics.
