Biography


Born in Belgrade, Yugoslavia.  

Graduated from The London Film School. His graduation film, The Hottest Day of The Year, was a British entry for AMPAS student Oscars. Lives in London.
New York TV Festival award for one-man play adaptation How To Kill.
Mainstream break: created an animated series, Living With Lionel, for FoxKids.
Directed prime-time drama for British TV channels: BBC (Silent Witness, Death in Paradise), ITV (Vera) and Channel 4 (Misfits).
EMMY nomination for directing Free Rein (Netflix).
Directed season one of the award-winning TV series BESA - fulfilled a lifelong dream to work all over what once used to be Yugoslavia.

Currently, several projects in development both in UK and Serbia:  Fastforward-Rewind, a time-travel anthology series, Chóroro, a film about adoption in the Balkans and Elvira, a film for children and adults about a young eco-warrior.
