Biography
With a background in scripted, I worked as a Specialist Researcher at RAW TV until March 2023. In Nov 2022 I directed 2 TV episodes of a Nigerian crime-drama series for South African streaming channel, Showmax. I am a 2016 BBC Writer Award winner, 2022 BBC London Voices Alumna, 2023 BBC Writers Room shortlist, and I was nominated for the 2022 Wscripted's 2nd Cannes Screenplay List where my feature length script, A Season in Talgarreg, featured at the Cannes Film Market’s Producers Network.
Until June 2022 I was a shadow writer on Netflix's mythological series (KAOS) with SISTER Pictures, now in post-production. I am currently a mentee with Charlie Covell, Writer/Producer of The End of the F***ing World.
My written work has previously featured at London Calling PLUS 2016/2017, at Film London’s 2017 MICROWAVE where I became a semi-finalist, and later on EIFF’s 2019 “Talent Lab Connects”. I am developing a futuristic TV series, "Talent Nerve" with mentoring from SISTER Pictures, and have several other projects in development which include TV period drama "Lost Queens", and climate-change inspired apocalyptic drama series, "I Will Take the Northern Lights" developed with BBC London Voices 2022.
