On Monday, the winners of this year’s RTS Craft & Design Awards were announced — and we’re pleased to see so many Directors UK members pick up awards for their work.
In the Director - Comedy Drama/Situation Comedy category, Directors UK member Ella Jones took home the award for Enterprice (Series 2), while in the Director - Documentary/Factual & Non Drama category, Directors UK member Edward Watts and fellow director Waad al-Kateab won the award for For Sama.
In the Director – Drama category, member Lenny Abrahamson won the award for Normal People, and member Bridget Caldwell took home the Director – Multicamera category for The Royal British Legion Festival of Remembrance.
Meanwhile, Directors UK member Suri Krishnamma won in the Multicamera Work category for Performance Live: The Way Out, and fellow member Olivier Sarbil took home the award for Photography - Documentary/Factual & Non Drama for his work on On The President’s Orders.
