The 2023 BAFTA Film Awards were announced on Sunday evening, celebrating another fantastic year in film.
Edward Berger won the Director Award for his feature film, All Quiet on the Western Front. The film also took home the awards for Best Film and Best Film Not in the English Language.

The award for Outstanding British Debut was presented to Charlotte Wells, director of Aftersun. Meanwhile, the award for Best Animated Film went to Guillermo del Toro's Pinocchio, directed by Guillermo del Toro and Mark Gustafson.
The award for Outstanding British Film went to The Banshees of Inisherin, directed by Martin McDonagh. Meanwhile, Navalny, directed by Daniel Roher, took home the award for Best Documentary.

In the category for Best British Short Film, An Irish Goodbye, directed by Tom Berkeley and Ross White came home triumphant.

Finally, The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, directed by Peter Baynton and Charlie Mackesy, won Best British Short Animation.
