This morning the nominees for the 2018 BAFTA TV Craft Awards were announced, and we were pleased to see them reflect the vast array of talent in our membership across all genres.

All four of the nominees in the Director: Multi-Camera category are Directors UK members. Our members also account for all of the nominees in the Director: Fiction category. Jane Campion is recognised for Top of the Lake: China Girl, and Mackenzie Crook is nominated for Detectorists. Meanwhile, Paul Whittington has received a nomination for Little Boy Blue and Philippa Lowthorpe for Three Girls.

Finally, in the Director: Factual category, our members Anna Hall and Charlie Russell have received nominations for Catching A Killer – True Vision and Chris Packham: Asperger’s and Me respectively, while member Will Yapp is nominated for The Real Full Monty.
