On Sunday the British Academy Cymru awards were announced at a Cardiff ceremony hosted by Huw Stephens — and we’re delighted to report that Directors UK members figured among the winners.
In the Director: Fiction category, Directors UK member Euros Lyn picked up the award for his work behind the helm of the Channel 4 series Kiri. This is Euros’ 6th BAFTA.
Meanwhile, in the Director: Factual category, member Laura Martin-Robinson and co-director Claire Hill took home the award for Richard and Jaco : Life with Autism — which also won Best Single Documentary.
Congratulations to Laura, Euros and all of this year’s winners and nominees. You can read a full list of the results here.
