Directors UK Board elections announced: find out how you can stand

Directors UK represents over 5000 British screen directors, and in order to do that effectively we need a Board that represents the full spectrum of UK directing talent: this is where you come in.

This year, all elected and co-opted members of the current Board of Directors must resign or offer themselves for re-election. So there will be 12 Board seats to fill, as well as Chair positions in the following committees: Film, Television Fiction, Television Factual and Entertainment/Multi-camera. Additionally, we will for the first time be electing representatives from the nations and regions in Scotland, Wales, North-West England and South-West England.
