In the creative sector, you are your brand. The way you behave influences what others feel about you. Are you an inspirational director, or someone who others are less keen to work with?
This webinar — delivered by experienced industry coach Alec McPhedran — explores the power of personal branding, and how your behaviour can determine the impression you make in the industry.
About the session
People often build new production teams by typically selecting people they know and have likely worked with before. Sub-consciously, part of that selection criteria is how people make them feel. An enthusiastic runner, an imaginative DoP, or an empathetic casting director.
In this online session, topics will include:

The webinar will take place on Wednesday 17 June, lasting one hour. Exact timing to be announced.

Alec McPhedran, of Skills Channel TV, is a creative sector skills development specialist and is well known for his leadership and personal development workshops and for his one-to-one coaching sessions. Alec works with a wide range of people across the creative sector including presenters, production company owners, on and off-screen talent and many others, all wanting to move forward. Through Skills Channel TV, Alec works with BAFTA, BFI, Creative England, Met Film School, small and large production companies and is an ambassador for Screen Northants, a community based film programme for unrepresented young people.
