We are delighted to inform members that the Annual General Meeting of Directors UK will take place online at 6pm on Tuesday 19 July 2022. 

The AGM will be conducted as a virtual meeting, with members only able to attend virtually via video conference. 

Members should have recently received links to an agenda and notice of the AGM, either by post or email. Please contact us at [email protected] if you haven’t.  

All other supporting documents can be found here, as can details about voting online on various motions to be presented at the AGM.

PLEASE NOTE: no votes will be taken at the AGM itself – you are requested and encouraged to participate in the meeting electronically and all members are invited to vote online in advance on the motions that will be presented at the AGM. Alternatively, members can nominate the Chair to vote as proxy on their behalf.
