Biography

Francesco is a writer/director born in Milan and living in the UK. A graduate from the Northern Film School in Leeds, he was a digital creative on the talent programme for the online relaunch of BBC Three. His first experimental film Some Body premiered at Leeds International Film Festival and screened at many film festivals internationally. Crossing boundaries between factual and fiction, Francesco explores themes such as memory and identity. He was recently selected to participate in a workshop run by director Cristian Mungiu.
