Biography
Billy O'Brien grew up in County Cork Ireland on a farm mostly in the rain and moved to Dartmoor England for the change of climate. He is a BAFTA nominated film director and writer. Graduating with an MA from the Royal College of Art Billy started directing strange dark short films, TV commercials and music videos before writing and directing the strange and dark and terrifying horror film Isolation. Billy has directed 2 more feature films and written several more, but spends most of his time trying not to trip over the strange (and dark) things his wife Philippa makes and leaves all over the house, and helping his two children Brendan and Ebba draw and make monsters.
