Charlotte Cooper

Charlotte is a Writer/Director with a passion for LGBTQ+ storytelling. Over the past decade, Charlotte has worked as a Script Supervisor on some of the UK’s biggest productions, including Barbie, Doctor Strange 2 and Mission: Impossible, as well as many indie films and HETV series. Working alongside directors such as Sam Raimi and Greta Gerwig, Charlotte has honed her own directorial voice while immersed in world-class creative environments. With writing/directing as her long-term goal, Charlotte has written/directed several fringe theatre productions and created the award-winning web series Tour Girls. Her latest short film, Bury Your Gays, starring T'Nia Miller and Harry Trevaldwyn, won the OutHere Screenwriting Fund and is now beginning its festival run.
